Founder Sevgi Öksüz graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Ege University in 1986 and from the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Dokuz Eylül University in 1995. Between 1986 and 2017, she held positions at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in the Export Tax Refund, Export Fund Payments, Export Freight Premium, Export Incentive Premium, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administrative Affairs and Accounting, Turkish Lira, Foreign Exchange and Sectoral Balance Sheets. He was also seconded to Dalaman Airport for one year to determine the amount of foreign currency entering the country (left by tourists).
